I received my B.A. in Korean Language and Literature from Seoul National University and M.A. in Korean Education as a Foreign Language from Yonsei University. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate. My research is focused on discourse strategy of Korean learners.

I have taught Korean to foreign learners for many years. I taught at a language institution for Sungkyunkwan Univ. consisting of beginners to advanced learners. Also, I specialized in TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) exam preparation. I gave special lectures on TOPIK at Sungkyunkwan University and made a lecture series about TOPIK on an eLearning platform, master TOPIK. These days I am interested in teaching Korean using various learning tools including songs and social networking service.
